# Terms of Service and Cancellation / Refund Policy

Anawim LLC · Website, app and payments

Version: 2026-09-20.4

> Draft for review; not published as effective. Legal contact details and implementation procedures must be verified before adoption.

Please read before using the service or paying. The 07-day refund policy applies to eligible physical items remaining in the Care Basket, subject to the conditions below.

## 1. Contracting entity and scope

These Terms of Service and Cancellation/Refund Policy govern Anawim websites, mobile applications, community features and payment screens. The service provider and party responsible for order fulfillment is Anawim LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States (“Anawim”, “we” or “us”). Support, complaints and refund requests: support@anawim.org.

Please read these terms before creating an account or paying. Your affirmative agreement at the contracting step signifies acceptance. The seven-day policy in Sections 6–9 applies only to physical-item Care Basket orders; other transactions are distinguished in Section 12. Applicable mandatory law always prevails.

This version applies upon publication and acceptance for the relevant transaction; it does not automatically operate retroactively to reduce existing rights. Confirmed item descriptions, prices, fees and timelines form part of the order contract.

Anawim LLC is the contracting party; its members, founders, employees and volunteers do not thereby give personal guarantees of company obligations. This does not exclude personal liability imposed directly by law or under a valid separate guarantee.

In a conflict, mandatory law and the applicable market supplement in Sections 21–23 prevail, followed by valid individual agreements and confirmed order information, then these general terms. Marketing language does not displace specific commitments incorporated into the contract.

## 2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and satisfy any higher minimum age required where you reside. Minors may use the service only with valid parental or guardian permission. Orders and payments are restricted to persons aged 18 or over who have contractual capacity and authorization to use the payment method. Anawim is not intended for children under 13.

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized account or payment use. If acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. Anawim may request proportionate verification to protect accounts and prevent fraud.

You must not use an unauthorized identity or payment method, submit fabricated evidence, evade controls through multiple accounts, or use the service for transactions prohibited by applicable law. Anawim may decline an unaccepted order, verify a transaction presenting risk indicators and restrict features as reasonably necessary. Collected payments remain subject to reconciliation and are not automatically forfeited.

## 3. Nature of proxy giving and physical fulfillment

You pay Anawim to procure, arrange logistics for, pack and deliver meals, essential supplies, construction materials, school supplies or other items described in the order to real-world beneficiaries or community projects. Anawim may use suppliers and field partners but remains responsible for its contractual obligations to you.

“Proxy” or “entrustment” means a contractual service instruction, not the creation of a legal trust, investment relationship or insured deposit account. Payments may be managed in the company’s operating accounts and are not represented as segregated escrow funds.

These payments purchase goods and services performed and consumed outside the app. Item images, basket quantities, status displays and receipts track fulfillment; the payment does not purchase virtual currency, game points, digital content or access to digital features. The recipient is the beneficiary designated through the campaign, not necessarily the payer.

## 4. Care Basket and campaign allocation

The “Care Basket”, also called “Giỏ Bác Ái” or “Giỏ Trao Gửi”, records paid quantities of each item awaiting your allocation. A basket entry does not mean that goods have already been procured, stored or delivered. The basket is not a bank account, money-transfer wallet, investment or a means of paying others; it earns no interest and cannot be sold or transferred outside features expressly authorized by Anawim.

You select the campaign and quantities to allocate. Allocation instructs Anawim to include those items in the campaign’s implementation plan and ends their “unallocated” status under the voluntary refund policy. Purchasing into the basket alone does not authorize Anawim to choose a campaign for you.

Unfulfilled basket items will not simply be forfeited or converted into general support because an account is inactive. If the service closes, unresolved items must be addressed under Section 9 and applicable law.

## 5. Prices, fees and payment confirmation

Before payment you can review item types, quantities, unit prices, currency, goods subtotal, logistics/shipping charges, any taxes and optional volunteer appreciation. The price may include Anawim’s operating costs and commercial margin; it is not a promise to pass 100% of gross receipts to beneficiaries. Anawim will not increase the price of a confirmed order without your agreement.

Volunteer appreciation is optional; declining it does not reduce purchased quantities. Anawim accounts for Stripe processing fees separately and does not deduct them from an eligible 100% refund. Your card issuer may independently charge currency-conversion fees, which Anawim does not control.

If checkout offers optional “additional logistics support”, it must be shown separately from mandatory logistics charges, may be set to zero and does not reduce item quantities. This support is connected to order fulfillment and is refundable if unused when the order satisfies Section 6; it is not automatically treated as non-refundable general support.

Stripe processes available payment methods, which may include payment cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay depending on device, region and support. Stripe Atlas assists with company formation; it is not the processor of these transactions. An order is marked paid only after successful payment confirmation is received. Closing checkout does not cancel an already successful payment.

An obvious pricing error is addressed by notice and a request to accept the correct price before fulfillment, or by cancelling the unfulfilled portion and returning the corresponding payment as required by law. Anawim does not impose an additional charge, change a confirmed price or treat silence as agreement to pay more. Optional amounts require the payer’s active choice.

## 6. Seven-day refund policy

You may request a 100% refund for eligible items within seven (07) days, meaning 168 consecutive hours, from successful payment confirmation. The items attributable to that transaction must remain available in the Care Basket, unallocated to any campaign when the request is received, and must not have entered actual procurement, packing or field delivery. The deadline runs from the original transaction, not from opening the app or staff review of the request.

If the entire order remains unallocated, no services have been performed and no appreciation has been disbursed, the refund is 100% of the total paid, including goods, unperformed logistics, undisbursed appreciation and applicable taxes. No Stripe or administration fee is deducted. For a partial order request, 100% of the amount actually paid for eligible quantities and the corresponding unperformed fees/taxes is refundable; the same amount cannot be refunded twice.

Anawim will not initiate procurement, packing or appreciation disbursement for unallocated items merely to extinguish refund rights. Services actually performed with separate authorization are addressed under Section 8 with clear evidence and calculations.

After 07 days, no refund to the payment method is offered under this voluntary policy; eligible items remain available for allocation to another campaign. Mandatory exceptions in Section 9 are preserved.

## 7. Requesting and receiving a refund

Email support@anawim.org with the subject “Anawim refund request”, your order/receipt reference, account email, payment date and the items and quantities requested. Do not send full card numbers, CVV, passwords or verification codes. Receipt of your request through this channel determines timeliness; Anawim’s delay in responding does not invalidate a timely request.

Do not allocate the items under review. Anawim verifies transaction ownership and fulfillment status and provides the decision and calculation. A denial includes reasons and a way to request reconsideration. Our target is an initial response within 03 business days and submission of the refund within 05 business days after confirming eligibility, unless the law requires a shorter period. Delays must be communicated.

Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method, including the card used through Apple Pay/Google Pay, where supported. Posting time depends on the issuer and payment network; Stripe’s receipt of an instruction is not confirmation of bank credit. If the original method cannot receive the funds, Anawim coordinates a lawful solution with Stripe and does not ask you to pay a fee to receive your refund. Refunded quantities are removed from the basket with an adjusted receipt.

Anawim may reconcile a request against the original transaction, allocated quantities, supplier invoices, packing and delivery records, and previous reimbursements. We may seek genuinely necessary additional information and redact beneficiary data and trade secrets when supplying evidence. Internal records may be challenged and are not deemed conclusive evidence by themselves.

The same amount is not reimbursed twice. During a bank dispute, Anawim coordinates with Stripe and the issuer to avoid duplicate reimbursement, explains the process and observes mandatory deadlines. Withdrawal of a valid dispute is not a condition for receiving a request; no penalty is imposed merely for complaining. Fabricated evidence or deliberately dishonest claims may be rejected and addressed through lawful remedies based on evidence.

## 8. Campaign rollback and non-refundable amounts

If a campaign ends without meeting its disclosed funding or item-quantity requirements for implementation, unfulfilled allocations are automatically reversed and the same item types and exact quantities are restored to the allocating account’s Care Basket. This does not automatically issue a Stripe refund, convert items into cash or authorize Anawim to move them to another campaign. You choose the next allocation.

Restoration is not a new purchase and does not restart the 07-day period. If items return while the original transaction’s period remains open, remain unfulfilled and satisfy Section 6, you may request a refund within the remaining time. Mandatory rights in Section 9 are unaffected by basket restoration.

The voluntary refund policy does not cover allocated items, items actually in procurement or packing, items delivered in the field, logistics/shipping services already performed or volunteer appreciation actually disbursed with authorization. A system status label or a fee charged when ordering is not proof of performance. Anawim must maintain supporting records and must not exclude an unperformed portion merely because another portion of the order has been fulfilled.

If some items have actually been fulfilled in a cancelled campaign, Anawim will notify you and reconcile that portion separately, rather than incorrectly claiming all quantities were restored.

## 9. Mandatory rights and failure to perform

The 07-day period, unallocated condition, exclusions and basket-restoration process do not limit non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law or mandatory payment rules. These include longer cancellation/withdrawal periods where applicable, remedies for unauthorized, duplicate or incorrect charges, and remedies for non-delivery or material misdescription.

If Anawim cannot fulfill procurement and delivery obligations within the agreed period, has no viable allocation alternative, or closes the service, we will notify you, offer any alternative requiring your agreement, and refund the unperformed portion where required by law or contract. You cannot be forced to accept basket credit in place of a refund to which you are entitled. Force majeure does not permit indefinite retention of payments without resolving outstanding obligations.

You may contact your bank, card issuer, regulator or a court with jurisdiction. A request to contact Anawim first is not a prerequisite to exercising complaint or payment-dispute rights. This policy does not guarantee that Anawim will prevail in a dispute or chargeback.

## 10. Fulfillment, substitutions and evidence

Each campaign must disclose its beneficiary community, item types, targets, closing date, implementation conditions and estimated procurement/delivery schedule. Crediting the basket is not a delivery notice. Anawim provides appropriate progress updates and evidence, limiting beneficiary information to protect privacy and dignity.

Anawim will not unilaterally substitute item types, reduce quantities or materially change purpose. If supply or field conditions change, we notify you and seek agreement for material substitutions or resolve the unperformed portion under Sections 8–9. Additional costs are not automatically deducted from purchased quantities.

Impact statements reflect verifiable results and do not guarantee medical, livelihood, spiritual or specific personal outcomes for recipients or payers.

Anawim may choose lawful, reasonable suppliers, field partners and logistics methods to deliver the agreed order. This does not entitle a customer to a particular supplier unless promised in the order, nor permit reduced quality or quantity or avoidance of responsibility to the customer.

Where a natural disaster, conflict, lawful prohibition or event beyond reasonable control directly prevents performance, Anawim gives notice, mitigates the impact and proposes a revised schedule or alternative. Relief applies only to the extent permitted by law and to obligations actually affected; it does not automatically cover lack of funds, preventable failures or mandatory refunds. If performance cannot proceed, Sections 8–9 govern the unfulfilled portion.

## 10A. Sourcing, inspection limits and product-quality incidents

10A.1. Role for third-party goods. For finished goods manufactured by third parties, Anawim procures and arranges delivery under the order; it does not hold itself out as the manufacturer, a product research-and-development organization or an independent testing or certification body. Anawim gives no additional independent-testing assurance or voluntary commercial warranty concerning formulas, ingredients, manufacturing processes or latent defects unless expressly agreed separately. This allocation of roles does not exclude statutory warranties or mandatory liability.

10A.2. Reasonable sourcing and checks. Anawim is responsible for selecting traceable sources through reputable suppliers, retailers or reliable distribution channels, favouring established brands where appropriate for the item. Appropriate checks include purchasing records and origin information, labels, batch identifiers where available, packaging/seal condition and reasonably observable damage. Products with expiry dates must not be distributed after expiry; remaining shelf life must suit planned delivery and expected use. Brand reputation does not replace necessary checks or guarantee that a product can never be defective.

10A.3. Limits on detecting defects. Origin and expiry checks are not laboratory testing of every item or batch. Anawim does not promise to identify design, formulation, ingredient or manufacturing defects requiring specialist testing through ordinary inspection. Anawim reserves any defence, exemption or limitation actually available under applicable law to a non-manufacturing procurer or distributor, subject to proving all required conditions. Lack of an in-house testing function or lack of knowledge alone does not establish an exemption.

10A.4. Adverse brand reports. Controversy, rumours, media allegations or incidents involving a brand do not by themselves establish that an item or batch distributed by Anawim is defective, has caused harm or gives rise to Anawim’s liability. Responsibility is determined under applicable law and relevant evidence, without automatically attributing every manufacturer incident to Anawim. Credible safety concerns must nevertheless be assessed promptly; appropriate preventive action need not await a final finding or actual injury.

10A.5. Warnings and recalls. On a credible safety warning, recall requirement or reasonable suspicion of an unsafe batch, Anawim promptly assesses the matter, pauses procurement/distribution and isolates affected goods where necessary, traces batches and appropriately notifies partners, payers, beneficiaries or competent authorities as required. Anawim cooperates with investigation, recall, replacement, refund or other measures required by law and the circumstances, without transferring mandatory corrective costs to gift recipients. A precautionary notice or emergency assistance does not itself admit fault or all liability.

10A.6. Recourse against suppliers. Anawim may seek warranty performance, recall, recovery of costs and indemnification from the manufacturer, importer, supplier, retailer or other responsible party to the extent available under law or its agreement with that party. Anawim also suffering loss does not itself determine customer or beneficiary rights. Remedies Anawim is required to provide are not conditional on first recovering money from a supplier. These terms do not themselves impose duties on third parties that have not contracted with Anawim.

10A.7. Operations under Anawim’s responsibility. Anawim remains responsible under law and contract for sourcing, reasonable inspection, storage, transport, packing and handling warnings within its operations or responsibility. Manufacturer fault is not used to exclude harm caused by Anawim’s improper storage, unhygienic handling, relabelling, concealment of warnings or continued distribution where there are grounds to consider goods unsafe. If Anawim or its partners prepare meals, manufacture, import, apply own branding or modify goods, duties follow their actual roles, not merely the “proxy” label.

10A.8. Mandatory rights prevail. This section does not restrict non-excludable rights concerning defective goods, safety, statutory warranties, injury/death, recall or compensation, including independent rights of beneficiaries who are not payers. A quality or safety issue requiring a remedy cannot be rejected merely because seven days have passed or goods have been allocated or delivered; Sections 9 and 18 and the applicable market supplement govern.

## 11. Legal status and tax treatment

Anawim LLC is a for-profit commercial entity in Delaware. Contributions/payments are not tax-deductible as charitable donations under U.S. Federal Income Tax law.

Anawim LLC is a privately owned limited liability company and is not currently a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit. A payment receipt confirms a commercial transaction, not a qualifying charitable donation. “Giving”, “charity”, “contribution” or “support” language and use of Stripe, Apple Pay or Google Pay do not create tax-exempt status. Anawim does not promise UK Gift Aid or a Vietnamese charitable deduction. Payers should verify their own tax treatment with an appropriate adviser.

Any future change in tax status will be described only when legally supported and prospectively disclosed; it does not automatically convert earlier payments into deductible donations.

## 12. Recurring plans and other support

Physical-item orders under this policy are one-time payments unless you separately accept a clearly disclosed recurring schedule. General Anawim support, mission membership and any digital services are not automatically Care Basket orders and do not automatically qualify for Section 6’s seven-day policy.

Before accepting another kind of payment, Anawim must disclose its nature, price, billing interval and applicable cancellation/refund terms and obtain separate agreement. Physical-item labels must not disguise digital-benefit purchases. Stripe-managed recurring plans can be cancelled through the account’s billing-management area. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the displayed effective time; it does not automatically refund past billing periods or remove mandatory refund rights.

## 13. Community, truthfulness and safety

Anawim is grounded in Christian values of human dignity, truth and charity. Unlawful content, threats, harassment, child exploitation, fraud, impersonation and infringement of privacy or intellectual property are prohibited. Do not fabricate hardship, impersonate clergy or organizations, or pressure payments through promises of spiritual or financial benefit.

Anawim may moderate or restrict content and accounts under its Community Standards and applicable law, with appropriate reporting and review mechanisms. Where practicable without compromising safety or lawful investigations, we explain the reasons. Enforcement must be proportionate; good-faith reports, lawful criticism and complaints are not treated as attacks.

Unauthorized access, disruption, malware, unlawful automated extraction of personal data and disclosure of another person’s private information for harassment are prohibited. Anawim may lawfully protect its systems, brand and trade secrets. This does not prohibit honest reviews, lawful whistleblowing, good-faith security reports or recourse to competent authorities; disagreement with Anawim is not itself a breach.

## 14. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create and must have the rights necessary to upload it, including rights relating to music, images and other people’s information. You grant Anawim a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license limited to hosting, technical processing, displaying and distributing content to operate the service in accordance with your visibility choices. Sublicensing is limited to providers carrying out those purposes. Private content is not automatically licensed for public advertising.

The license ends when the content is deleted from the system, subject to limited backup periods, lawful retention and copies legitimately shared by others outside Anawim’s control. These terms do not provide unconditional consent to train artificial intelligence on sensitive personal data.

Copyright notices may be sent to support@anawim.org identifying the work, reported material, links, contact details and basis of rights. Anawim reviews notices and responses under applicable law and addresses repeat infringement. This clause alone does not establish DMCA safe-harbor eligibility.

## 15. Privacy and data

The Privacy Policy at /privacy explains data categories, purposes, recipients, retention and your rights. Accepting these Terms does not replace separate consent where required for religious or other sensitive data, tracking technologies or optional purposes. Do not place confessional secrets, card details or other people’s sensitive information in posts or artificial-intelligence tools.

Anawim protects owner and user information to the extent permitted by law but does not promise absolute anonymity or immunity from lawful disclosure duties. Government requests are reviewed for authority, legal basis and scope, challenged where justified and limited to necessary disclosure. Incorporation in Delaware does not displace mandatory laws applicable to users or operations elsewhere.

Cross-border processing and service-provider use require the lawful basis and safeguards required by applicable law. Nothing authorizes permanent retention of all data or excludes non-waivable security obligations.

## 16. Religious content and artificial intelligence

Reflections, community contributions and artificial-intelligence responses are for reference and may be incomplete or inaccurate. User- or machine-generated content is not automatically official Church teaching; consult reliable sources and qualified persons when needed.

Anawim does not replace the sacraments, personal pastoral care, emergency services or professional medical, legal or financial advice. No payment purchases grace, forgiveness or a guaranteed spiritual outcome.

## 17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account closure/deletion through support and available account functions. Anawim may restrict accounts to address violations, fraud, lawful requirements or concrete safety risks; where appropriate we provide reasons and a review channel.

Suspension, closure or deletion does not automatically forfeit rights relating to unfulfilled orders, valid refund requests or personal data. Anawim reconciles outstanding obligations, retains necessary records on a lawful basis and resolves matters under Sections 6–9.

## 18. Warranties and liability

Anawim performs services with reasonable care and skill. To the lawful extent, platform features are supplied as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, absolute security, spiritual benefit or outcomes controlled by independent parties. Confirmed order obligations and mandatory warranties are preserved.

For consumers, liability follows mandatory law, including direct or reasonably foreseeable loss for which Anawim is responsible. Where permitted, remote losses, losses without a causal connection and business losses resulting from use outside the agreed personal purpose are excluded. A USD 100 or 12-month fee cap does not reduce consumer rights.

Only for customers contracting mainly for business purposes who are not consumers under applicable law: to the lawful and reasonable extent, Anawim excludes indirect loss and lost profits or business opportunities; aggregate liability for claims within this limitation is capped at the greater of USD 100 or fees paid to Anawim in the 12 months preceding the event. The cap excludes refunds due, outstanding performance obligations, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence and liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited, data rights, mandatory warranties and consumer remedies. Users remain responsible for loss caused by their own culpable conduct under law, without an unlimited indemnity or responsibility for Anawim’s own fault.

The business customers described above must indemnify proven actual losses and reasonable legal costs arising from third-party claims caused by their infringing content or deliberate unlawful use. Anawim must give prompt notice, permit reasonable participation in the defence and obtain reasonable consent to settlements requiring an admission or payment by them. This indemnity excludes the portion attributable to Anawim’s fault and does not apply to consumers.

## 19. Governing law and dispute resolution

Delaware, United States law governs to the extent permitted, while preserving mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights available where you reside. These terms cannot by themselves remove access to courts or competent authorities.

Complaints may be sent to support@anawim.org for a good-faith attempt at resolution. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. This version does not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Negotiation does not suspend or shorten statutory limitation periods without a valid agreement.

For business customers without consumer status, the parties select competent state or federal courts in Delaware, subject to a valid separate agreement or mandatory law. This does not require UK, Vietnamese or other-state consumers to sue in Delaware where they are entitled to another forum. Anawim may seek lawful interim relief protecting systems, data or intellectual property in a competent court.

## 20. Changes, language and severability

Material changes are notified before taking effect through an appropriate channel, except urgent updates required by law or safety. Fresh agreement is obtained where required by law or the nature of the change. The policy accepted for a transaction continues to govern that transaction unless the parties accept a beneficial change or mandatory law requires otherwise.

Vietnamese and English versions are intended to be equivalent. Differences are interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer rights and the meaning disclosed at contracting; translations must not silently reduce rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the lawful extent. For questions or a retained copy, contact support@anawim.org.

Obligations are not transferred by notice alone where customer consent is legally required. A delay in exercising a right does not waive it. An invalid provision is severed only to the lawful extent, without unilateral rewriting that increases customer obligations. Mandatory rules favouring consumers in interpreting translations apply where relevant.

## 21. United States supplement

Delaware choice of law does not displace applicable mandatory federal or state law. The 07-day policy is Anawim’s voluntary promise, not a statement that U.S. law always limits refunds to seven days.

For orders covered by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, Anawim observes applicable shipment representations, delay notices, choices to continue waiting and refund requirements. Recording basket quantities or awaiting allocation does not itself complete delivery or authorize indefinite retention of payments.

Anawim may submit truthful evidence to an issuer when contesting a chargeback; legitimate payment disputes, honest reviews and complaints remain protected. LLC status does not itself eliminate applicable registration, tax, commercial fundraising, prepaid-value or unclaimed-property obligations.

## 22. United Kingdom supplement

Where UK consumer rules apply, statutory cancellation rights prevail over the “07-day”, “unallocated” and “non-refundable” conditions. Choosing Vietnamese, using a foreign card or delivering to an overseas beneficiary does not itself remove applicable protection.

For an eligible distance service contract, the ordinary cancellation period ends 14 days after the day of contracting; for a sales contract it ordinarily runs from possession by the customer or their nominated recipient other than the carrier, with specific rules for multiple deliveries. Classification follows substance, not the “proxy” label. Failure to provide required cancellation information can extend the period under law.

You may cancel by any clear statement sent to Anawim; Section 24’s form is optional. Sending notice before expiry suffices. For valid service cancellation, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed. For goods, withholding pending return or evidence of return and return costs apply only where law permits and correct information was supplied; Anawim provides appropriate return instructions without automatically imposing costs on vulnerable beneficiaries.

Anawim starts services during the cancellation period only following the customer’s separate express request meeting applicable requirements. On cancellation after a valid early-start request, only a lawful, reasonable proportion for services actually supplied up to notice is payable. Loss of cancellation rights on full performance requires the applicable early-start request, information and acknowledgment of loss on completion. Acceptance of general terms, allocation or a “procurement” status does not itself satisfy these requirements.

Exceptions such as perishable or personalized goods apply only to the correct contract and circumstances with appropriate disclosure; they are not applied to the entire basket by default. Basket restoration does not replace a statutory cash remedy. Reasonable care and skill and statutory remedies for faulty goods, repeat performance or price reduction remain available.

## 23. Vietnam supplement

Where Vietnamese consumer law applies, statutory liability, complaint and court rights and compensation cannot be removed. Ambiguities and differences between Vietnamese and foreign-language versions follow mandatory interpretation rules favouring consumers. Anawim does not have final unilateral authority to determine a customer’s breach.

For distance transactions, Anawim supplies transaction information and means to access, review and retain the contract as required by law. If information required by Article 37(1) of Law 19/2023/QH15 is inaccurate or incomplete, Article 38(3) rights remain available, including unilateral termination within 30 days of contracting on the statutory conditions, without termination charges apart from the portion already used.

For that termination, the unused portion is repaid within the statutory 30 days from the declaration, using the original payment method unless another method is agreed; late-payment and compensation duties follow law. This is an information-failure remedy, not a statement that every Vietnamese transaction has a 30-day change-of-mind right.

Personal data processing in Vietnam follows applicable mandatory law, including Law 91/2025/QH15 and effective implementing rules. Commercial acceptance does not replace separate data consent required by law. U.S. incorporation does not itself exempt Anawim from Vietnamese e-commerce, tax, product safety, community-operation or data-protection obligations.

## 24. Optional cancellation or refund notice

To Anawim LLC at support@anawim.org. You may use another clear statement or the legal postal contact disclosed before the transaction; this form and a reason are not mandatory where law does not require them.

“I give notice that I cancel my contract / request a refund for order [reference], ordered on [date], paid on [date], received on [date, if applicable]. Goods or service portion: [description and quantity]. Name: [name]. Address: [address, if needed to identify the transaction]. Account email: [email]. Notice date: [date]. Signature: [only for a paper notice].”

Supply only what is needed to identify the transaction. Include an order reference if available, but its absence does not invalidate a notice identifying the contract. Retain a copy. Mandatory rules on timely exercise of rights prevail over Section 7’s internal receipt rule.
